Parties/Group Space Rental

Overview

Our farm is a wonderful place to host your small event!

 

Birthday parties, graduation parties, family reunions, church groups, and other groups can rent space during our seasonal open hours or in the off-season.

During open hours, your group will have access to the reserved “Party Deck” with an approximate capacity of 20 people (270 sq. ft.). You will also have access to all other public areas and activities of the farm along with our other visitors. The rate is $30 for the reserved space + Party Admission Package rates depending on your group size (see rates under "Parties during Open Hours" below). We will provide admission wristbands to the host, who will distribute them to the guests. Party Package fees are due upon arrival.

During the off season, your group will have exclusive access to the “Party Deck” and most public areas of the farm (listed below). The rate is listed in "Off Season Parties" below.

To request a reservation, fill out the form below and we will contact you to make arrangements. A $30 deposit will be required to secure your reservation.

 

Space is reserved for 2-1/2 hours total (including setup and clean up). During open hours, you may continue enjoying the rest of the farm after cleaning up/before setting up.

You may bring outside food and drink (no grills or alcohol). Plates, utensils, napkins, etc. are not provided.

Notes:

  • The "Party Deck" is only accessible via stairs

  • The "Party Deck" has a ceiling that makes the patio underneath rain protected but otherwise these are outdoor events subject to the weather. If your party is rained out, we will do our best to reschedule for a date that works for you.

Food: Mid Mart Restaurant is a half-mile away from our farm and has Hunt Brothers Pizza, sandwiches, and other food available for take-out (see menu *may be dated*). Miles Diner is also a half mile away and has burgers and home cooked meals (see Facebook page). El Jacalito is a 1/4 mile away and has Mexican food for takeout or dine in.

Parties During Open Hours

$30 to reserve the "Party Deck" + cost of Party Admission Package (listed below). We will provide admission wristbands to the host, who will distribute them to the guests. Party Package fees are due upon arrival.

  • Party Deck with 2 picnic tables (capacity about 20), 4' folding table, and 6 additional chairs

Access to all other public areas of our farm, along with our other visitors:

  • Under deck patio

  • Other picnic tables and seating

  • Play yard (learn more)

  • Animal area (learn more)

  • Hand washing station

  • Portalet restrooms

  • Trash cans

  • Grain Bin Market building

  • Seasonal activities (such as hayrides)

 

Memorial Poppy Festival 2025

May 17-June 8 (expected based on blooms times)

Saturday Times:

  • 10:00am - 12:30pm

  • 12:45pm - 3:15pm

  • 3:30pm - 6:00pm

Sunday Times:

  • 11:45pm - 2:15pm

  • 2:30pm - 5:00pm

Rates:

  • 10 guest Admission Package $79 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • 20 guest Admission Package $155 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • 30 guest Admission Package $230 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • Additional guests may pay the General Admission rate ($7.95)

All Party Packages include a free u-pick flower vase for the guest of honor

Fall Farm Fun 2025

Sept 13-Nov 1

Saturday Times:

  • 10:00am - 12:30pm

  • 12:45pm - 3:15pm

  • 3:30pm - 6:00pm

Sunday Times:

  • 11:45pm - 2:15pm

  • 2:30pm - 5:00pm

Rates:

  • 10 guest Admission Package $79 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • 20 guest Admission Package $155 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • 30 guest Admission Package $230 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • Additional guests may pay the General Admission rate (anticipated to be $8.50)

All Party Packages include a free pumpkin for the guest of honor

Daffodil Days 2025

March 15-April 13 (expected based on blooms times)

 

NOTE: This is an outdoor space. Parties during this time of year risk cold and windy weather. We are happy to accommodate your group, however, if you'd like to proceed.

Sunday Times:

  • 11:45pm - 2:15pm

  • 2:30pm - 5:00pm

Rates:

  • 10 guest Admission Package $65 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • 20 guest Admission Package $125 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • 30 guest Admission Package $180 + tax (everyone ages 2 and up)

  • Additional guests may pay the General Admission rate ($6.50)

All Party Packages include a free u-pick flower vase for the guest of honor

Off Season Parties

  • Up to 20 people: $30 reservation + $79 due by day of party

  • 21-30 people: $30 reservation + $129 due by day of party

  • 31+ people: contact us to discuss

*No additional admission charge per person

Included:

  • Popsicles/ice cream bars: $1.50/$1.95 each

  • Firepit (wood included; fire started by our staff): $30

  • Hayride (when available): $30

  • 12:45pm - 3:15pm

Sunday Times:
