Our Family

We are the Menke (Main-key) Family who run Middle Springs Farm. We value family, community, and the land—and we strive to strengthen those values in what we do on our farm. Most of all, we hope our farm is a fun and beautiful place for folks of all ages to visit and make lasting memories.
