We opened Middle Springs Farm in 2022 to be a place for folks to make memories together, connect with the natural world, and have fun. We strive to be a positive force in our community and welcome everyone who visits us. Thank you for supporting our family farm and we hope to see you soon!

Funny story about one of our daffodils…

We have many different kinds of daffodils planted. One type, called a “double daffodil”, has petals more like a rose instead of a central cup.

This year, our double daffodil named “Golden Ducat” seems to have reverted from a double daffodil (pic on left) to a single or standard! (pic on right)

Daffodils come back every year from the same bulbs so it is definitely the same bulbs we planted, but totally different flowers! They’re not supposed to do that!

A bit disappointing but they’re still beautiful. And we do still have another double daffodil yet to bloom (called “Tahiti”). We’ll see if it stays true to form!

Sunday March 30 - we will NOT provide a photographer on this day. You can bring your own photographer or just take photos yourself!

Rain chances start in the afternoon so we’re hoping for a few dry hours🤞 We’ll be here rain or shine today (Sunday) noon-5pm.

Opening day was a breeze! I mean it was quite breezy. Not great for keeping a hairdo but a beautiful spring day nonetheless.

Thanks to all who helped us kick off the year! We’re hoping for a few hours tomorrow before the rain. And then we’re looking forward to two (or possibly three) more weekends.
